For a balanced life, an important area is our job.One way to think in a balanced life, is to take care in our job. When we intend to have a good result in our carrer it's important to be a team player.
The sucess comes with a good group of work and we can dedicate our time to work . It's important to be organized, make schedule and don't forget meetings, but be carefull not to be a workaholic.
When we work with a good team player the problems can be solved and people can help others.

When I was younger I used to go out and to drink a lot during all night with my friends. But my habits are changing and becoming better. Nowadays I love staying home, going out and traveling with my family. When I stay home, I love to listen to music, and to watch soccer on tv.     

But, one thing didn't changed: I like to make friends like my classmates of União.

A workaholic person

The life in accounting department is very hard. I am an example of workaholic.
When I was studying accounting I have never thougth that this life is extremely difficult.
During the month I don´t have a lot of problems but at the end of the month all problems happen together.
I need to work early to solve the problems. Every month I work on the weekends because I have a deadline and I can´t be late. Sometimes I need to work during the holidays as May 1st or November 2nd.
I think that I need to change my lifestyle  because I will become a tyrant. I have to relax, to travel to see my family, but nowadays it is difficult.
In summary,  the account need to learn to divide better social life and professional life because one day we will be crazy with a lot of work.

To be Optimist or Pessimist

Being pessimist or optimist is a question that involves more than the belief.
The environment, the education and the relationship can influence us, since childhood, to be optimist or pessimist. In that way we can identify another situation - to be realist. A person who is realistic can be optimistic or pessimistic, depends on the situation.
Well, we've been learning since we grow up and in entire life that to be optimistic we need to react in a positive manner and believe that there is good in life than bad thinks, that the problems are temporary. For a pessimistic person the idea is in the opposite way, they think that if something doesn't work or goes in a wrong way, the problem will continue to affect all areas of their life.
The idea (to be optimistic or pessimistic) can be changed, depend on our idea and our choice

A team player is always welcome in a group, for play ou for work. A person that knows how to work with different people is also able to do friends and have fun with them. This person is also able to lead with troubles and solve them, when it is possible.
In summary, it is very good to recive a team person in a group, but it is not easy to be a coperative and friendly all time. So, when we find someone with this personality, we have to cacht him imediatilly!

Wise Guys: Smartest people in the World!

Wise Guys are people difficult to deal with.

They always do annoying things only to appear more funny and smart than they really are.I know because I work with a wise guy. He always knows about everything, he always has some advice to others, when someone tells us a story he says that thing has already happened with him or with someone his knows and starts telling his story because he thinks it is  the funniest.

In conslusion, wise guys need to find a way to listen to the others people without saying he knows how to do better, I think if They do these little things, he can be easily to deal with.

A Song for an important cause.

The original song was recorded in january 1985 and marked my childhood. It was produced for a purpose: get money for fight hunger in Africa. There are 45 singers, and I believe all of them donated the money that they won to sing in the video, for the important cause. The original one, invite us to remember the 80's when most of the singers started to be recognized
This new version was recorded in 2010 and show us new artists singing the same song, and again, they are fighting for the same purpose - The Hunger in Africa. For me, this is an example of a hit song in the world that marked a period with the lyrics, singers and the important cause. I think that this song has been sang and remembered by everybody and in all generations.

Tyrants make the office an unpleasant place to be.

Nowadays, it`s more usual to see tyrant people in charge of business than in the past.
I suppose there are some reasons for this:
1) People are becoming selfish;
2) Young people are in the power earlier and they don`t have much experience to get along employees.
3) Pressure for quick results is increasing a lot.
Tyrant person can`t be uplifting. In fact, its behaviour can destroy the environment.
There are many researches that show employees quiting the company because of the boss rather than salaries or other reasons.
Most employees like working in a team, whithout pressure for results and when there are bosses that ask for more than help, people are frustrated and the environment becomes bad.
More and more people are looking for quality of life because they realize that the life is so short to work extremely  hard and they can`t stand this situation for a long time.
So, tyrants should start to analyse their behaviour and change it! It`s never late for changing...

I choose this video because the rithymum and letter is very nice, the song says the goods things of live and oposite too. The letter is not easy understand but need to pay attention very hard for details of the song.

I posted this video because I am Amy's fan. I love her transgression and her voice and songs. I think that is more difficult to be diferent than to be a normal person, specially for people who have a lot of talent. Amy didn't care about her fans and didn't pretend to be a good girl. I also like her visual, her hair and clothes.
Amy only wanted to do what she knew to do better: sing. For me it is not important if she had been addicted all time...I don't judge this. For me, her death was a pitty...

When I was 14 years old I used to travel to another city to study and I went to school by bus with a group that studied in the same school. My collegue  put this song on the bus' radio  everyday, because nobody had another cd or forgot to bring a new cd to listen to. For a month every student has listened to this song and I learned to like it.

I was browsing Youtube and came across this song - Born this way, from Lady Gaga, and on this video perfomed by Glee. I found it very interesting, the lyrics doesn't say much, but I liked the way they decided to use it to show themselves. Pay attention to their T-Shirts. What's the message they want to convey?

I really enjoyed what Churchill said: "The pessimists sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty".
In my oppinion it is important to try to be an optimistic person. Sometimes we have to deal with hard situations, specially in this century, and it isn't easy to think positively, but we can try and put a little shine in our lives instead of seeing a problem.
Remember that challenge can do miracles. We are not talking about being crazy or trying to be a "Poliana", but to make an effort when we can't see a light at the end of the tunnel. In this situation the way is to be a realistic person, but never a pessimistic person. If it is very difficult, you can try to stay in the middle.

Sharing a life changing experience

When I was 15 I moved to São Paulo with my sister to study in high school.
My sister and I were living in my aunt´s house. At the first time I fought with my parents because I could left my friends and my classemates. During the first 2 years was very hard to me because in São Paulo some people are more conservative, shy and quite.
When I was the last year in high school I have to decided if I will continue to study at University and to start to work or come back to Valença-RJ.
Now I understand my family when they decided for me to move to São Paulo because if I had stayed in Valença  city I would not have get a good job.
Today I am very happy with my lifestyle.

One of my life experience!!!!!!!!

A few years ago I received a proposal to work in Brasilia. At the begging was a big surprised and I think a lot about that, after a few days I accepted the proposal and went to Brasilia.

I Never went there and didn´t know anything, so for me was a big life-altering experience because I needed to find a house, know people, work with really different people and the most important stayed far from home and family, I never stayed far.

After a month I found a room in a house and knew the owner of the house and her family and I like so much them.

I Think because this experience when I came back home I was much more confident and I learned how to do the things by myself.

There was a good experience, I did good friends, learned a lot in my job and come back more mature.

English in South Africa

In 2006 I travelled to study English in South Africa. For me it was a good experience to meet different people and to learn about another culture, habits, to visit diferent places and to enjoy a lot. Nowadays I can say that this experience was so important to change my mind and to improve my knowledge

Taking the difference

How can I show my feeling even being very hard to discribe them. I had to move to Salvador when I was 14, after my mother has died. At the time the life seemed painful and unfair, and only the time showed me how it´s possible grow up without someone that we love. That experience has already taken me to see beyond the mirror and have gotten me more mature and tolerant.
 I confess to you it was not easy making a life as children, but nowaday I feel more confidence.

Share a life changing experience - Marcio - Summit 1

When i went out to USA specific Milwalkee city this city is near of Chicago, i went to participate the job meeting but i met the indians, african and american citizens of many parts of USA, and it was a good experience and differents habbits, the latin america people like to walk, to eat together and indians people don´t like mix with other cultures, and african people were more talkative and helpful, its very interesting.

Comments - People all the words have habbits but be loveable, talkative and easygoing depends just for individual thinks.

Great life-changings in my life

When my first daughter was born, my life changed a lot. I've learned how to take care of a child and it really put things in perspective for me. On the other hand, when the second daughter came, I' was more experienced than I used to be.

Pessimistic or Optimistic

I think everything is not good.
Being optimistic is good at times. but also it is good to be pessimistic in certain moments.
Today, in Market to be pessimistic can be a good idea for results....E.g. for your savings...
Everything is relative, depends on the scene, the time and the subject matter.
BUT, in general I still think that being optimistic is the best way!

Step 3 Discussion - page 9 - Summit 1A

I strong believe that it`s more important to be optimistic in order to succeed, because optimism always brings new points of view and people in general are easily to change when things are not very good, while pessimistic people always complain and don`t stop to see the big opportunities coming.

What is better to be Optimistic or Pessimistic?

In my opinion it´s better been optimistic always but we brazilian people didn´t learn to look the things by the good side.


We were born optimistic and early we start to be pessimistic because our family`s belief that the world is a unfair place.


It may be difficult to change our opinion later, if we dont have models of positive thinking.


But I think we can learn how to be optimist only trying to change our point of view and looking at the best things in all situations.


So don´t give up without trying and let´s be more optimistic.
